1. Agreement to Terms

TradeEcomSolutions provides eCommerce management services across platforms including eBay, Amazon, and TikTok Shop, as well as general trading services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Inventory management
• Customer service management

• Trading consultation and strategy development

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information about their business and products
• Maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies
• Providing necessary access credentials and permissions for platform management
• Timely payment of agreed-upon fees
• Maintaining adequate insurance coverage for their business operations

4. Service Fees and Payment

Service fees are established based on the scope of work and are outlined in individual service agreements. Payment terms are typically net 30 days unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created by TradeEcomSolutions in the course of providing services remains the property of TradeEcomSolutions unless explicitly transferred in writing. Client retains ownership of their existing trademarks, product information, and business data.

6. Confidentiality

TradeEcomSolutions agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose such information to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

TradeEcomSolutions' liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable. TradeEcomSolutions will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning services back to the client or to another service provider.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

10. Changes to Terms

TradeEcomSolutions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
